How did you become interested in your area of study?

I am interesting in my carrer, becouse i think this is the most important think what we can do for every person who has a disease phisical or mental even social. We like professional have the power to help any people who has occupational problems. Our intervention is to do everything one can. The therapist occupational we give to our patient, skill and ability if they don`t have this quality, our role like professional is let them develop to make possible they get integration to society and be a part of the community acting like the rest of the people. And most important is to be a consider like a normal person, who can do everything what they propose to do only using their abilities and skills who they have.

My name is Omayra, i'm 21 years old, í live in Santiago with my mother. We live toghether since February when my sister and nephew there gone to live to other place I really miss them so much.

I study occupational therapy, this is my 3th grade. Almost everybody unknows about it, but i understand it and i think is the most lovely carrer.

Respect to my relationships, i have a lot of friends, but hardly ever i see them all togheter, when i saw a one group, the other one is not in the same place.Sometimes, i like spend time alone and go to my house and stay to my room a lot of time listening music.

I don't have hobbies, but i like to watch television, i like to go a cinema and watch movies. I know them a lot of movies, i feel like a "cinefila" (in Chile called like that, to people who like see movies and know many information about them).
